We run luxury long term rentals and short stay serviced accommodation and are currently seeing higher demand than we can accommodate and so are looking for new properties to take on.
We buy and lease properties from landlords looking for longterm stable income without the hassle of managing rental accommodation.
As the landlord, you get guaranteed rent with no maintenance, hassle or voids.
All of our short stay homes have SuperHost status on AirBnB, meaning they are in the top 20% of properties on the site.
We offer flexible terms and at the end of the agreement we will return the property to you in the same condition we received it in, or better.
By leasing your property to us you may also be eligible for relief from Section 24 tax rules meaning that you can again deduct 100% of mortgage interest payments from your rental income when submitting your tax returns.

Our story
We’ve have been buying and refurbishing properties across the UK since 2018 and own a number of houses and flats used for single lets, serviced accommodation and HMOs.
We started investing while living overseas but returned to the UK to work full time on our portfolio and helping landlords who are struggling.
We also work with investors looking for better returns than they can get in the bank or who want to buy property but don’t know where to start.
We’ve managed full ‘back to brick’ refurbishments as well as cosmetic renovations and ongoing maintenance so have a full team of trusted tradespeople able to fix and manage any property issue.
